bwc media was founded in 2021 by one of the UK's leading performance coaches, Simon Hartley, and former AOL Time Warner journalist, Justin Perkins. That's them above: Simon on the left and Justin on the right! Both huge sports fans, the objective of the business - as scribbled on the back of the proverbial fag packet - was very simple: to create informative and entertaining content to explore and better understand the make-up and mechanics of the world's most successful individuals, teams and organisations.
