Podium Mindset
An easy-to-follow digital course providing invaluable tools, techniques and habits to drive success in your work & life.
The path to success in any walk of life is simple, but not easy.
We've worked with and studied hundreds of genuinely world-class performers. From world champions and world record breakers to Michelin stared chefs and leaders in business, over the years we've developed a deep insight into what makes for a successful mindset.
None of these people were born with magic powers. They weren't injected with special super-hero serum.
They didn't get lucky. They were all ordinary people who became world class. The truth is they achieved success through the application of a few critical ingredients.
In Podium Mindset we ask four simple questions. The answers we provide will give you the critical ingredients required to create your own PODIUM MINDSET.

Podium Mindset is for ambitious people who aspire to achieve success in whatever walk of life they're involved in. You could be a solopreneur in need of extra motivation, or an ambitious corporate cat with ambitions for the board room. You might already be in the boardroom and looking to refine your approach. Bottom line, it's for people who aspire to be the best version of themselves and who are willing to invest time and energy into achieving that. If you're looking for an easy, quick fix (do they actually exist) this is probably not the programme for you. Podium Mindset, whilst simple to absorb, also requires commitment and a desire to better yourself. But if you're open minded and willing to put in a little effort, then you're definitely in the right place!
It helps bridge the gap between knowing and doing, often the key ingredient that's missing. It provides the insight required to actually become the person required to achieve success. Fundamentally, it helps you to change your mindset; to become laser focussed, confident and motivated.
There are around 4 hours of video content in the course, with several complimentary worksheets to pick through to build on thoughts and ideas inspired by the video tutorials. We'd also recommend listening to the podcasts, to gain inspirations and insight. All told, 14 hours should see you get maximum benefit from the courses. Invest an hour a day and you should have the course complete within a couple of weeks.
Simon Hartley, one of the UK's leading performance coaches is our programme leader. Simon has published multiple books around the subject of self-development and is an award winning keynote speaker. You'll meet Simon across the course but you'll also hear from a host of other elite performers. Olympic champion swimmer Rebecca Adlington shares her thoughts on peak performance, as does one of England's rugby players: George Kruis. We'll also hear from polar explorers and plenty more fascinating and inspiring individuals.
I learned about how commitment truly works. I learned about how to build self-belief and how to maintain positive motivation throughout.
The course has given me clarity of purpose, vision & values. It's really practical and has been easy to implement.
